NorCo Deputy Treasurer Running For Treasurer

Now that longtime Northumberland County Treasurer Ellen Booker Kirby announced her retirement the county’s Deputy Treasurer announced she will run to succeed her. Pam Davis King of Callao has been with the treasurer’s office for nearly 2 decades. She is a 2002 graduate of Northumberland High School and a graduate of Rappahannock Community College.
