Dominion Energy will soon start issuing one-time refunds to customers under a settlement between the utility and the Commonwealth. According to a Dominion news release the settlement means the average customer could see a refund of around $67. The Virginia State Corporation Commission reviewed Dominion’s rates and determined the utility was overcharging customers. Total reimbursements are over $330 million.
